Internal Productivity System
Beyond Normal Media Command Center
The Beyond Normal Media Command Center is a private productivity dashboard that helps authorized team members organize daily priorities, upcoming meetings, important communications, and content opportunities in one focused view.
A clearer view of the day
The Command Center brings together the information needed to plan and prioritize daily work. It helps authorized users review upcoming meetings, identify communications that may require attention, organize action items, and surface relevant content ideas without moving between multiple systems.
Meetings at a glance
Read-only access to Google Calendar shows upcoming meetings, times, and attendees so authorized team members can prepare and plan the day.
Communications that need attention
Read-only access to Gmail metadata and message content helps surface messages that may require a reply or follow up. Nothing is sent, edited, or deleted.
Action items in one place
Priorities pulled from meetings and communications are organized into a single focused list, so nothing important gets lost between systems.
Content opportunities
Recurring themes from conversations and meetings are highlighted as potential story, podcast, and content ideas for the team to review.
Who it is for
The Beyond Normal Media Command Center is built for internal use by authorized Beyond Normal Media team members and approved contractors. It is not a consumer product, it is not sold, and it is not available for public sign up. Access is granted by Beyond Normal Media and can be revoked at any time.
How Google Calendar and Gmail data is used
The Command Center connects to Google Calendar and Gmail. When an authorized Beyond Normal Media team member connects their Google account, the application requests read-only access to that user's Google Calendar and Gmail data. That data is used only to display the dashboard views described on this page.
- Google Calendar and Gmail access is read-only.
- Calendar information is used for meeting and scheduling awareness, including upcoming meetings, times, and attendees.
- Gmail information is used to identify communications and follow-up signals that may require a reply.
- The application does not send, edit, reply to, archive, or delete any emails or calendar events.
- Data is shown only to the signed in user. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
- Data is used solely to provide the user facing features described here, and is retained only for as long as needed to do so.
How to disconnect your account
You can revoke the Command Center's access to your Google account at any time:
- Sign in to the Command Center and use the disconnect option in your account settings, or
- Visit your Google Account security settings, open the list of third party apps with account access, select Beyond Normal Media Command Center, and remove access, or
- Email inquire@beyondnormalmedia.com and request that your account be disconnected and associated data deleted.
Once access is revoked, the Command Center can no longer read your Google Calendar or Gmail data, and any stored tokens for your account are deleted.
